Return and Refund Policy
Return, Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy – My Mirai770
This Policy governs order cancellations, product returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases made through My Mirai770. All provisions are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights. Any voluntary benefits offered under this Policy are additional to, and do not restrict, mandatory consumer rights.
Distance-Selling Cancellation Rights
Customers purchasing products through a distance-selling transaction may exercise the cancellation rights available to them under applicable consumer protection law.
For Customers in Israel, a consumer may generally cancel a distance-selling transaction from the date the transaction is made until 14 days from the date the product is received or the date the legally required transaction-details document is received, whichever is later, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by Israeli law.
Certain consumers, including persons with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants as defined under Israeli law, may be entitled to an extended cancellation period of up to four months where the statutory requirements are met.
Additional Benefit – Cancellation Within One Hour
As an additional voluntary store benefit, an order may be cancelled within one hour after it is completed and receive a full refund without a cancellation fee, provided that the product has not yet been shipped.
The expiration of this one-hour period does not restrict any statutory cancellation rights. If the order has not yet been shipped, My Mirai770 will make reasonable efforts to stop its processing. If shipment has already commenced, this does not by itself eliminate any cancellation right available under applicable law.

• Through the online cancellation option available on the Website, where available.
Customers should provide the information required by applicable law to identify the Customer and the relevant transaction. Providing the order number and contact details is recommended to help us process the request efficiently.
Cancellation Fees and Refunds
Where a cancellation is not due to a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver on time, or another breach by the Company, and where permitted by applicable law, the Company may charge a cancellation fee.
For Customers in Israel, such cancellation fee will not exceed 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
No cancellation fee will be charged where prohibited by applicable law, including applicable cases involving a defective or non-conforming product, failure to deliver within the agreed period, or another breach of the transaction by the Company.
Payment-processing, handling or restocking charges will not be added in a manner that circumvents any statutory limitation on cancellation fees.
Where a transaction is lawfully cancelled, the amount due to the Customer will be refunded and the relevant charge cancelled within the period required by applicable law. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Returning Products
Where a Customer cancels because of a change of mind, the product must be returned in accordance with applicable law. Return shipping costs will be the Customer's responsibility where permitted by law. Customer Service will assist in coordinating a return address in Israel.
Where cancellation results from a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver on time, or another breach by the Company, the return or collection of the product and related costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Product Exchanges
As an additional voluntary store benefit, Customers may request one size exchange per order within 14 days after actual receipt of the package, subject to product availability.
For a voluntary exchange, the product should be in new condition, undamaged and without use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its suitability, with original tags and packaging where applicable.
Return shipping costs for a voluntary size exchange are generally the Customer's responsibility, except where applicable law requires the Company to bear such costs or where the exchange results from an error by the Company.
The Company does not guarantee availability of alternative colors, models or variations.
Store Credit / Gift Voucher
Where appropriate and with the Customer's agreement, My Mirai770 may offer store credit or a gift voucher instead of a monetary refund.
Where the Customer has a mandatory legal right to a monetary refund, store credit will not be imposed instead of that refund.
Promotional, Sale and Coupon Items
Purchasing a product during a promotion, with a coupon code, at a discount, or during an end-of-season sale does not eliminate any mandatory consumer rights.
Any special conditions applying to voluntary store benefits do not restrict mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Defective, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Products
If a Customer receives a defective, incorrect or non-conforming product, the Customer is encouraged to contact Customer Service as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, and provide a description of the issue together with photographs or video where reasonably possible.
The 48-hour period is an operational request intended to help us investigate and resolve issues efficiently. It does not by itself extinguish any statutory right available to the Customer.
My Mirai770 will review the claim and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances, the applicable warranty and applicable law. Where applicable law grants the Customer a right to repair, replacement, cancellation, refund or another remedy, those rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation by My Mirai770
My Mirai770 may cancel an order for a legitimate reason and subject to applicable law, including product unavailability, a legal restriction, a material error, or a reasonable suspicion of unauthorized use of a payment method.
Where My Mirai770 cancels an order for which payment has already been collected, the Customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled transaction, including shipping fees where required, without a cancellation fee and in accordance with applicable law.

מדיניות זו מסדירה ביטול הזמנות, החזרת מוצרים, החלפות והחזרים כספיים באתר My Mirai770. הזכויות המפורטות להלן כפופות להוראות הדין החל, ובפרט להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן והתקנות מכוחו. הטבות מסחריות המפורטות במדיניות זו מוסיפות על זכויות הצרכן לפי דין ואינן גורעות מהן.
ביטול עסקת מכר מרחוק
צרכן הרוכש מוצר בעסקת מכר מרחוק רשאי לבטל את העסקה מיום עשייתה ועד 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר או מיום קבלת מסמך פרטי העסקה הנדרש לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן, לפי המאוחר, בכפוף לתנאים ולחריגים הקבועים בדין.
לצרכן שהוא אדם עם מוגבלות, אזרח ותיק או עולה חדש, כהגדרתם בחוק, עשויה לעמוד תקופת ביטול של ארבעה חודשים ממועד עשיית העסקה, קבלת המוצר או קבלת מסמך פרטי העסקה, לפי המאוחר, כאשר מתקיימים התנאים הקבועים בדין.
הטבה נוספת – ביטול בתוך שעה
כהטבה מסחרית נוספת, ניתן לבטל הזמנה בתוך שעה ממועד השלמתה ולקבל החזר מלא ללא דמי ביטול, בתנאי שהמוצר טרם נשלח.
חלוף שעה אינו שולל את זכויות הביטול הקבועות בדין. אם ההזמנה טרם נשלחה, My Mirai770 תעשה מאמץ סביר לעצור את הטיפול בה. אם המשלוח כבר יצא, אין בכך כשלעצמו כדי לשלול זכות ביטול העומדת ללקוח לפי דין.

בהודעת הביטול יש למסור את הפרטים הנדרשים לפי דין לצורך זיהוי הלקוח והעסקה. מומלץ לצרף מספר הזמנה ופרטי קשר לצורך טיפול מהיר.
דמי ביטול והחזר כספי
בביטול שאינו נובע מפגם, אי־התאמה, אי־אספקה במועד או הפרה אחרת מצד החברה, וככל שהדין מתיר זאת, החברה רשאית לגבות דמי ביטול בשיעור של עד 5% ממחיר העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם.
לא ייגבו דמי ביטול במקרים שבהם הדין אינו מאפשר זאת, לרבות במקרים המתאימים של פגם, אי־התאמה, אי־אספקה במועד שנקבע או הפרה אחרת של העסקה מצד החברה.
לא יתווספו לדמי הביטול עמלות סליקה, טיפול או רישום מלאי מחדש באופן העוקף את התקרה הקבועה בדין.
בביטול בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, הסכום המגיע ללקוח יוחזר ואמצעי החיוב יבוטל בתוך המועד הקבוע בדין. ככלל, ההחזר יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום שבו בוצעה העסקה.
החזרת המוצר
במקרה של ביטול מחמת חרטה, על הלקוח להשיב את המוצר בהתאם להוראות הדין. עלות ההחזרה תחול על הלקוח ככל שהדין מתיר זאת. שירות הלקוחות יסייע בתיאום כתובת החזרה בישראל.
במקרה של ביטול עקב פגם, אי־התאמה, אי־אספקה במועד או הפרה אחרת מצד החברה, הטיפול בהחזרת או איסוף המוצר והעלויות הנלוות יבוצעו בהתאם לדין.
החלפת מוצרים
כהטבה מסחרית נוספת, ניתן לבקש החלפת מידה אחת לכל הזמנה בתוך 14 ימים ממועד קבלת החבילה בפועל, בכפוף לזמינות המוצר.
לצורך החלפה מסחרית, המוצר צריך להיות במצב חדש, ללא נזק וללא שימוש מעבר לבדיקה סבירה של התאמתו, ובצירוף התוויות והאריזה המקורית ככל שרלוונטי.
עלות החזרת המוצר לצורך החלפת מידה תחול בדרך כלל על הלקוח, למעט במקרה שבו הדין מחייב את החברה לשאת בעלות או כאשר מדובר בטעות מצד החברה.
החברה אינה מתחייבת לזמינות צבע, דגם או וריאציה חלופיים.
שובר זיכוי / קרדיט לחנות
במקרים המתאימים ובהסכמת הלקוח, ניתן לבחור בשובר לרכישה ב־My Mirai770 במקום החזר כספי.
כאשר קיימת ללקוח זכות חוקית לקבל החזר כספי, לא ייכפה עליו שובר במקום ההחזר.
מוצרים במבצע וקודי קופון
רכישת מוצר במסגרת מבצע, קוד קופון, הנחה או סוף עונה אינה שוללת זכויות המוקנות ללקוח לפי דין.
תנאים מיוחדים הנוגעים להטבות מסחריות של החנות, ככל שקיימים, אינם גורעים מזכויות ביטול, החזר, אחריות או זכויות אחרות שלא ניתן להתנות עליהן לפי דין.
מוצר פגום, שגוי או שאינו תואם להזמנה
אם התקבל מוצר פגום, שגוי או שאינו תואם להזמנה, מומלץ ליצור קשר עם שירות הלקוחות בהקדם האפשרי, ורצוי בתוך 48 שעות ממועד קבלת המוצר, ולצרף תיאור של הבעיה ותמונה או סרטון ככל שניתן.
פרק זמן זה הוא בקשה תפעולית שנועדה לאפשר טיפול מהיר ואינו שולל כשלעצמו זכויות העומדות ללקוח לפי דין.
My Mirai770 תבדוק את הפנייה ותספק את הטיפול המתאים בהתאם לנסיבות, למדיניות האחריות ולהוראות הדין. כאשר הדין מקנה ללקוח זכות לתיקון, החלפה, ביטול, החזר כספי או סעד אחר, זכויות אלה יישמרו.
ביטול הזמנה על ידי My Mirai770
My Mirai770 רשאית לבטל הזמנה מטעם ענייני ובכפוף לדין, כגון חוסר מלאי, מניעה חוקית, טעות מהותית או חשד מבוסס לשימוש בלתי מורשה באמצעי תשלום.
במקרה שבו החברה מבטלת הזמנה ששולמה, יוחזר ללקוח מלוא הסכום ששולם בגין העסקה שבוטלה, לרבות דמי משלוח שנגבו בגינה ככל שנדרש, ללא דמי ביטול ובהתאם לדין.
